2008 TiC100 創新學習營將分北、南兩區進行，北區將於2月15~17日與國立台北藝術大學共同主辦，南區將於2月22~24日與國立中山大學共同主辦。此外競賽主軸分成校園內容創業、企業內容創業和企業實案發表，將採分區競賽進行，初賽、決賽分別於北中南區進行，總決賽集中於北區進行。請有欲參賽之團隊，儘速上網組隊報名。www.tic100.org.tw
