產學合作 ﹥ TiC100 創新競賽

研華科技集團為回饋社會,於1997年成立研華文教基金會,有感於台灣青年學習競爭力停滯不前,在目前的高等教育單一學科的政策下,希望透過創業學習的方式,能帶動ㄧ個新的學習教育里程碑,因而創立TiC100 www.TiC100.org.tw 。TiC100透過理工學院學生組成的技術團隊與商管學院學生組成的經營團隊,能夠配對合作成立新的事業團隊,加上邀請不同領域的企業專家及學校教授擔任指導業師,並融合政府相關創新創業政策,因此產生跨科系、跨學校、跨產業的創新激盪型態,而逐步成為一個產官學界有效的合作平台。不但帶動了整個青年學子創新的能量,促成學校首開創業教育課程,政府也陸續推出相關創新創業政策。經過九年的努力,TiC100成為台灣創新教育的核心領導品牌,並榮獲經濟部全民創新運動第一屆最佳民間創新推廣楷模,同時也成為台灣在創新創業教育國際舞台上的主角。

TiC100第一屆約150人參賽,經過九年的努力,第九屆已經有來自70個學校,1,200位學生參賽,參加人員其中三分之二是碩博士生、並有超過200多人專家學者參與志工服務,而創業計畫已包含了IC設計、安全辨識、網際網路、能源電子、生技醫療,創新服務與文化創意等各種領域。是唯一具有正式商展的競賽平台,並榮獲經濟部全民創新運動第一屆最佳民間創新推廣楷模,不但成為各部會創新創業政策及辦法的標準參考指標,亦成為台灣整個創新創業產業教育的推手。

2008TiC競賽將發展出三大競賽主軸,透過「校園內容創業」、「企業內容創業」及「企業實案發表」之競賽模式推動廣泛的產學合作,能讓學生提早接觸了解產業特色和融入企業文化,強化大學生解決企業問題之實務能力,協助大學培育符合產業需求之人才,發揮產學合作平台的最大效益。

1......「企業實案發表」競賽,針對企業經營發展的現況,所面臨之關鍵性產業價值鏈的相關議題、社會則任與環境永續發展的議題,讓學生團隊進入企業實習以體驗企業經營的真實情境,並自主性的學習與進行企業個案研究,經由企業導師指點,提出創新之建設性解決方案。

2......「企業內容創業」競賽,針對當前企業經營發展所最需要之創新元素,可透過企業內部創業的機制來鼓勵內部員工發揮創意及創業精神並替企業建立新的價值及創新文化,已面對未來越趨激烈的環境的挑戰。學生團隊透過TiC100平台與企業之間的互動學習,體驗企業內部創業的真實情境與問題所在的核心,接著展開企業內部創新與創業的研究,經由企業與研華指派的導師協助,提出創新之建設性內部創業方案。

3......「校園內容創業」競賽,由學生團隊自行發想創新構想,並歷經組織團隊、提出構想計劃、進行產品市場測試、完成事業計劃書與簡報及商品原型等一系列實練的過程,讓青年體驗生命中不一樣的價值,以激發青年在科技與人文兩大領域的創新行動及事業熱情,提升技術或服務商品化及事業規劃之核心能力,並促成青年就業與創業的發展機會。

TiC100的發展已經邁入第十個年頭,一直專注在台灣創新創業教育的耕耘與努力,目前已逐漸成為台灣的產、官、學、研、創等各界進行產學合作及創新學習的平臺,誠摯歡迎各界人士與我們共同發心,為台灣培養具全球競爭力的未來青年領袖群。 www.TiC100.org.tw

Advantech Foundation was established in 1997 by Advantech Group with the desire to contribute to the society. We are worrying about the stagnation of competitiveness of Taiwan's young students, so we hope that through the entrepreneurship learning model will give an impetus new milestone in the education system, thus creating TiC100. A team in TiC100 contest is composed of technical team with polytechnic students and management team with Business School students, they are working together with invited experts in different fields and schools as the mentor of guidance, resulting in an inter-department, inter-school, inter-industry innovation contest pattern, and gradually become an effective cooperation platform in between industry and academic. TiC100 Not only has inspired the innovative energy of young students, facilitated the school to open pioneer entrepreneurship education courses, the government has also started to launch innovative entrepreneurship related policies. After eight years of efforts, TiC100 become a leading brand of Taiwan's innovation education, and won the first best innovation of civil innovation and popularization model given by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, TiC100 also has played a role in leading Taiwan innovative entrepreneurship education.

There are about 150 students registered TiC100 contest in first year, after eight years of efforts, it has been 70 schools and approximately 1,200 students participating, two-thirds of the participants is master and doctoral student, and more than 200 industry experts and professors participate in volunteer services. The proposed Business plan includes the IC design, security identification, Internet, electronic energy, biotechnology, innovative services such as creative and cultural fields. TiC100 is the only contest platform which has product/service booth exhibition.

2008 TiC100 contest model will develop three sub-contests; "campus content entrepreneurship," "Enterprise Content entrepreneurship" and "enterprise real case ", to promote cooperation in between industry and academic, and advance students better understanding of industry and corporate culture, and strengthen students’ enterprise solving capability as well as helping universities to meet the industry demand for required talents, thus to maximum this new creative TiC100 University-Industry Cooperation platform.

1. " enterprise real case " contest, making a creative practical proposal topic on business key issues regarding industry value-chain, global braining, social corporate responsibility and sustainable environmental development for industry requirement by providing students team internship opportunities to experience and analyze the enterprise real case situation with the guidance of enterprise mentors.

2. "Enterprise Content entrepreneurship" contest, fulfilling the needs of the most innovative elements of current business development through their internal mechanisms of encouraging internal staff to work with students team to establish creative, entrepreneurial spirit and work out potential spin off business with a desire to cope with the trend of competitive challenge. Students’ team should initiate an internal innovation and entrepreneurship proposal through the interaction with enterprise, students need to experience the enterprise internal real situation and core problems with the help of assigned mentors.

3. "campus content entrepreneurship" contest, students should initiate own innovative ideas and work out a business plan through a series training process like organized team, proposed concept plans, prototype development, conduct market testing, complete business plan and presentation with the desire to inspire young people’s innovative and entrepreneurship in the two major fields of technology and the humanities, to upgrade the core competencies of technology commercialization and business services, and to promote youth employment.

Year 2008, 10th TiC100 anniversary, TiC100 has putting so much effort in innovative and entrepreneurship education in Taiwan, and has now become an Industry-Academia Cooperation Learning Platform among Taiwan's industry, government, academia, research institutes.
